Refund/Shipping Policy

Refund Policy:

Our company will refund the money 60 days after we receive your email to cancel your order.  We only accept refund, for the orders not ship yet to our customers. All orders made by online payment will be refund back by our online payment gateway.  We will not refund in cash.  Once the products ship to our customer, it is considered sold and we will not accept any return of products or refund.

For paypal payments that we refund back to our customers, we will not responsible to pay the paypal surcharge pay. We only refund back the amount of money that we received after paypal surcharge deduction.

Check your customs policy before ordering our products, some countries the customs will hold the package for some reasons.  Once your order products is shipped and hold by the customs, we will not be responsible and we will not refund back the money.

Before paying the products you order, make it sure you choose the right shipping fee. If you are not sure with shipping make it sure to contact us for assistant. If by mistakes you choose the incorrect shipping fee, we will ask you to settle the additional shipping fee of your order so we can send it on time. If customer decline to pay, we cannot ship the order until additional payment of the shipping fee will be settled. In cases customers make a dispute with his/her credit card company/bank, and we we already send initial order, the customers need to return back all the products that we send before we will process the refund in full.

Shipping Policy: 

We ship worldwide via Thailand post EMS, or Air parcel, DHL And Fedex delivery. Please allow us 8-9 working days to prepare your order and shipment. Make it sure to contact us the correct shipping fee.

We accept replacement of products, if it has factory defects. But all our the products we ship, we already check the quality.

Some products are made pre-order to ensure the quality and new products will be send to our customers, it will takes some weeks for production.  If there are some delays of the production, the customer need to considered and understand the process.

Customers residing in Philippines, we ship using sea cargo only. Expected Arrival time is 4 weeks or more than a month depending how fast the custom clearance and release. Any delay customers need to understand that no fast shipment to Philippines. Customers cannot make any dispute with once the shipment still on transit.

All payment made by paypal, if paypal will hold the payment within 21 days. We will not ship any order not unless paypal will release the payment that was hold.

For return order in cases of customs (hold the package) not allowed to enter in a certain countries, we can re-ship again by other internationl courier.

Delays in international shipments to and from Thailand

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, it has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls, restrictions on international travel, and country lock down.  As a result, all courier services worldwide has been suspended until situation will return to normal.
